For exterior work, no. We just need access to an outside water spigot. For interior window cleaning, someone needs to let us in.

What's the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?

Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill algae and mildew. It's used on siding and other delicate surfaces. Pressure washing uses high pressure and is used on hard surfaces like concrete, pavers, and stone.

Why is my siding turning green?

That's algae. It grows on shaded, damp parts of your house, usually the north side and areas under trees.
